Work Louder x Figma 2024 -- Can't Reconfigure

Hi Work Louder team,

Have had your Figma micro pad for 2 years now but am now unable to configure new key bindings. They still detect my original setup from when I put them in using usevia.app in the beginning, but that app seems obsolete now and the desktop Input app won’t detect the device. The cable I’m using is one that is used for keyboard input, so it’s not that. Help!
