My Nomad E2 doesn’t connect to Windows with USB. When connecting the USB port Windows doens’t see any device being connected in device management, meanwhile another keyboard gets recognized immediatly (same port, same cable). I tried connecting it with another cable to my laptop, same result. I tried resetting the keyboard (with reset button under the spacebar) and i tried to see if input recognizes it but no. I also went to connection in the menu on the keyboard itself and switch to USB mode. It says “Linked” for a second and then it jumps back to a bluetooth slot. How can i fix this?
