No device found error Creator Micro v2

Hi,

I was setting up the new device for a bit and tested around in Figma, and the “input” app somehow suddenly not recognizing the device anymore and showing the “No device found Please connect your device” message.
Firmware has been updated to v.023 when first connected.

Also tried connecting the device via BT but it didn’t show up in the Near By Device section.

Please help debug this. Thanks.
Btw if user can reset the device to default with the device itself it would be great.
