Hello, I have a creator board (40%). It does not show up in the input app on windows. I want to update the firmware. I have a micro-v2 also, using the included usb-c cable provided from worklouder or any other usbc or usb-c-to-usb-a it will not show up ( the micro-v2 show up in app with the cables I have tested with). I have searched the forums for the firmware, but unable to locate the download. Can you provide some assistance?

I also have purchased the knob1, the receipt of the purchase says it will ship in q2 of 2026. It was kinda expensive and wanted to a better idea of when to expect a delivery.

Also, please be better at software for linux support. I use linux and the experience is less than optimal in ubuntu 26.04. I have to switch to my windows machine to update the hardware.
