Creator Micro v2 - Joystick mode

I have a CM2 connected directly to a Linux system (Ubuntu 25.10). (BTW, it would be nice to be able to either map the HIDs directly, or have the HID commands to alter the controls documented somewhere so someone could build it for you, but that’s beside the point.)

When I have the joystick in “joystick” mode, moving the joystick appears to reset the LEDs. (I’ll add that while Linux recognizes the device as having a Joystick, no Joystick events are being registered. Listening directly on the /dev/input/js0, I can see the device drops the connection quickly, which makes me think that something onboard the CM2 is crashing). I'm able to recover the LEDs by plugging it into something that can refresh the memory on the device (e.g. Input running on a mac).
