help with my Figma x Work Louder 2024 Creator Micro.

Hi Work Louder team,

I have a Figma x Work Louder Creator Micro (2024 special edition) not sure if this is the correct name but here is what happened:

The keyboard used to work just fine on windows but on my m2 pro Mac, the keyboard worked fine as a basic keyboard (browser tab switching, change volume), but VIA and Input both failed to detect it. VIA showed a blank/dark blue screen even after authorizing, and Input said "no device found.". this same keyboard has worked correctly with VIA/Input on my other Mac before. I confirmed via macOS System Information that the Mac sees the device fine at the USB level (named "Micro Pad," manufacturer Work Louder). I ruled out cable, wired mode, Chrome permissions, Input Monitoring settings, a full Mac restart, and tried a different browser but nothing changed.

Following your setup page's troubleshooting steps, I used QMK Toolbox to flash the "1 – Creator Micro firmware fix" file. The flash completed successfully (erase, flash, validate all reported Success in the log). This didn't fix VIA/Input detection, so I also cleared the EEPROM and reflashed. Still no change to VIA/Input detection. After these steps, the keyboard now shows a purple underglow with all keys blinking, and is no longer booting to its normal state.

I am not sure how to solve this please can you help me? Thank you
