Hello, I’m experiencing an issue with my Nomad keyboard. The keyboard shows a battery level of around 90–100%, but as soon as I unplug the USB cable, the keyboard immediately turns off, even though the power switch is turned on. The keyboard only works while connected to the cable. It does not work on battery power. Software/firmware version: 0.9.0 Could you please advise how I can resolve this issue? Is there a way to reset or troubleshoot the battery/power system? Thank you.
