General feedback on site product pages

Hi, I wanted to share some thoughts on your product pages. I noticed this one, but it seems to apply to most of them on worklouder.cc.

As someone who’s not a keyboard expert, I was drawn to the design, but there wasn’t much information about the product itself. This made me think twice about buying it because I had so many questions.

For instance:

  • What makes it stand out?

  • How does it compare to my current keyboard?

  • What materials are used?

  • Why did WorkLouder create it this way?

  • Who is it best for?

What language options are available, and can I pick one when I check out, since there aren’t any dropdown menus?

I get that you want to keep the page simple and clean. However, I think the user experience could be improved. These details could be easily found in a small FAQs section. In my experience designing for online shops, customers should either have all their questions answered or have a straightforward way to get answers through a live chat, a contact form or a dedicated FAQ section, as I mentioned before.
