Framer Creator Micro is completely unresponsive out of the box

Hi everyone,

I just received my Framer Creator Micro Pro, but unfortunately it seems to be completely dead right out of the box.

Here’s what’s happening:

• Took it out of the box for the first time today

• Clicked power button — no lights, no response at all

• Plugged it in to charge using multiple cables and power sources — still no LED, no charging indicator, no reaction

• Tried different USB ports and chargers — same result

• It appears to be totally unresponsive

At the moment it looks like the keyboard is not powering on and not charging at all.

Has anyone experienced this before?
Is there any kind of hard reset, shipping mode, or key combination I should try?
Or is this likely a DOA (dead-on-arrival) unit?

Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!
