My device is frozen after trying to update the firmware. It said it was sending it into bootloader mode and stayed there for about 2 hours until it stopped recognizing the device. Now no device is found and the device is stuck on a green underglow with no response. It wont even power off or respond to any input.
I did a manual reset and got the device responding again. I connect it via bluetooth while wired to the pc (just cable wont recognize it), and it asks me to start the firmware update and to not unplug. Which sends it into this unresponsive state again.
The problem must be with the device not being recognized in the wired mode and still trying to update through Bluetooth. The software allows you to start the update and even says “dont unplug” even though it was never recognized as wired.
The real question now is how do i get my pc to recognize the device in wired mode so i can try to update the firmware.
Sorry to double post, just realized i added the first post to feature request and i have troubleshooted since
