creator micro cannot turn off

Have the framer creator micro, updated the firmware and now its permanently stuck “on”

When i plug it into my computer and the input app i keep getting “retrieving keyboard data”

Hold the power button for 2 seconds, 5 seconds, 30 seconds etc it will not turn off or be detected.

I was working fine before i updated to the latest firmware.
