Creator Micro 2 just reset all keymap settings

My Framer Creator Micro 2 was not connecting to the Input software, so I unplugged it, and turned it off and turned it back on. However, I must have held the off button for too long because the backlight turned red and then it seems to have fully reset and removed all of my keymap settings. Is this supposed to happen? Is there a way to retrieve the key mappings I had set up for each layer?
