Constant resetting after unscrewing of Creator Micro V2 is upsetting me.

I've been using the Creator Micro V2 for the last week, and while I really enjoy it when it works, it stops working far too frequently. I've already had to reset it three times, which requires unscrewing the device each time.

One of those times I was working from a different location and didn't have the hex key with me, so I was effectively stuck with a device I couldn't use. That was extremely frustrating.

Having to reset the Micro V2 every other day is simply not acceptable. I like the device when it's working, but this level of unreliability makes it very difficult to depend on. Please prioritize fixing this.

PS: I have seen the note that Logitech software can cause issues with it. I've uninstalled Logitech in both of my macbooks, and it still causes this issue.
