Connection Issue

I didn't have enough time to really use the keyboard before this issue happened. Yesterday I downloaded Wootility (Wooting Input), connected the keyboard, and everything was working fine. I was just trying to figure out how everything worked.

The next day, when I turned on my device and connected the keyboard via USB, the software started showing "PLEASE CONNECT YOUR DEVICE", even though the keyboard is powered on and connected.

I tested different USB ports and even tried it on another computer, but I got the same result. I'm not sure how to fix this. Could you please help me?
