Confused

Folks I think your products look awesome, but every time I try to use your website to buy something, I end up deciding against it, because the UX is so strange and I’m not confident in what I’m ordering. Are you doing any user testing?

• Are the keycaps additional? Does it come with keycaps? What are the qualities of the keycaps? Can I see all of them? Why can’t I click to get more info on them?

• Why does the leftmost column (Assembly Kit) have green checkmarks?

• What is eye candy? I truly have no clue what I’m looking at. Clicking does nothing.
