Codex Micro: Input needs better layer controls + hold/release support

I love the Codex Micro hardware, but Input still makes some basic workflows much harder than they should be.

• Better preset/profile discovery and sharing, including community layouts.

• Proper press-and-hold / release actions. I currently can’t use the microphone button as a true hold-to-talk control because Input doesn’t seem to handle the press/release behavior correctly.

• More consistent app actions, especially across Codex and regular ChatGPT.

The hardware is extremely capable. Input just needs to make that capability easier to access.
