Can't turn it off or restart

I just got it, plugged it in, ran Input and it updated the firmware. Firmware updated successfully and turning the knob changed the volume so I know it was working. But I started up Codex and it couldn’t find it. Went back to Input and now it’s just spinning at Retrieving keyboard data and pressing the power button does nothing. It’s just stuck with the lights on.
