Cannot Update Nomad E

Hi my Nomad E has been stuck on ver v0.3.2 because I kept having this issue but now it is starting to affect performance and the screen. My computer is up to date and the keyboard is directly connected vis usb however keep getting this error. Tried factory resetting keyboard and issue persisted.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
