Cannot Update Nomad E

Feature Request

Hi my Nomad E has been stuck on ver v0.3.2 because I kept having this issue but now it is starting to affect performance and the screen. My computer is up to date and the keyboard is directly connected vis usb however keep getting this error. Tried factory resetting keyboard and issue persisted.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

    Hey @Ryan Lew we just released a new Input version that should fix this. Can you give it another try?

      Hi @Davide // Work Louder thank you for your response however I redownloaded input and it downloaded and opened fine but when I click the option to update input I get this error and it is a vicious cycle. The only input window that is open is the installer so when I close it I just have to restart the process and the “retry” button does not work

        I actually was able to get the download on my mac though and it seemed to work, error persists on windows

          @Ryan Lew I would suggest to uninstall input completely on windows and reinstall from scratch. You can find the download link here input-Setup-0.13.2.exe
