Terribly disappointed so far.

Terribly disappointed so far. Will Creator Micro 2 will connect via BT to Mac Studio M2 Max but does nothing else. It does nothing when connected with included cable. I can get as far as downloading update but it sits and does nothing and eventually just quits. It's overpriced LED paperweight at this point. I have tried multiple resets and the device will not even charge.
